How can i jump higher in a short amount of time?
I am 15 years old and want to know how i can jump higher in a pretty quick amount of time. I am 5 foot 7 and my vertical is only about 18-20 inches. Any suggestions?

haha HGH jk, but your in high school i asume, so you could work out at your school daily, doing exstensive and intense leg excersises and within a week you should see results..but 18-20 inches in say a month is probably pushing yourself too hard.
do leg excercises. for example squats.. bike riding. but pushing yourself and making sure you work your thighs and calfs.. as they are probably the main aspects of your legs used when jumping.. even just jumping up and down. trying to get higher each time will help. but depends how much you wanna do to change how quick you will improve
