Plyometrics & Sport Step Exercises : The One Leg Push Up Drill in Step Exercise
Unique Anderson demonstrates a series of plyometric exercises. You begin with a squat jump to one leg on a low platform. Alternate legs. Then jump to the side of the platform, and do a series of four lateral push-ups pushing yourself up and over away from the platform and then four push-ups back in the direction of the platform. Jump back up and do squat explosion to one foot, alternating your feet each time you jump.
